Lance Tracey, Co-founder and Executive Chair

Lance Tracey founded PEER 1 with Mark Teolis in 1999. Since then he has sat as the chairman of the Board of Directors and in December of 2005 took over as the president and chief executive officer. Lance has long been a technology enthusiast, and has been involved in a variety of high-tech ventures throughout his career. A serial entrepreneur, Lance has co-founded Sutton Group Realty Services, Internet Direct, E-xact Transactions and Bryght.com.

Fabio Banducci, President and CEO

Fabio Banducci joined PEER 1 in November 2005 and is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring that PEER 1's operational and strategic objectives are achieved. Prior to his current activities, Fabio spent 12 years with Haywood Securities Inc where he served as the head of its corporate finance department and sat on the board of directors. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from UBC and an MBA from McGill University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.

Gary Sherlock, Executive VP and CFO

In April 2006, Gary Sherlock was appointed to the role of PEER 1's chief financial officer. Gary spent 14 years at BC Hydro before arriving at PEER 1. There, he served as the director of finance, distribution line of business. Gary is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with 20 years of experience in executive positions in both corporate and operational roles in a multi-billion dollar environment. Gary graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina. He currently sits as the director, audit committee to the board of directors, North Shore Credit Union (administrates more than $1.5 billion in total assets) and has spoken at conferences around North America on risk management, business planning and activity-based costing.

Ted Smith, Senior VP, Operations

Ted Smith joined PEER 1 in October 2005 as Vice President of the Managed Hosting division of PEER 1. In 2007, he became Vice President of Operations for PEER 1 and following the June 30, 2008 fiscal year end, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations. He is currently responsible for all IT hosting operations for PEER 1, drawing on his experience in a variety of operational roles in the hosting and network business. His past roles include overseeing three data centers as the AVP of operations for Interland, and building a national OC3 IP network for Hostcentric Dedicated Hosting in his role as vice president of network engineering. Ted also served as CTO at Maxim Computer Systems where he helped to develop the co-location and dedicated hosting products, designed the data center and network operations centers, and built the support team. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Chico, and a Masters in Mathematics from Michigan State University.

Robert Miggins, Senior VP, Business Development

Robert Miggins is the senior vice president of business development for PEER 1. He has worked for more than 10 years in IT infrastructure, with all aspects of the industry including sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Robert has been with PEER 1 for more than four years and is responsible for developing the company's product roadmap, strategic partnerships, and customer loyalty initiatives. He also heads up PEER 1’s programs targeting vertical markets, such as SaaS and hosting resellers. Prior to holding his current position with PEER 1, Robert was the vice president of ServerBeach, where he led sales, marketing, tech support and operations for the dedicated hosting company. Prior to ServerBeach, Robert worked for four years at Rackspace, holding roles such as vice president of sales, vice president of product management and general manager of Rackspace UK.  Robert received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Tricia Hollyer, VP, Human Resources

Tricia Hollyer joined PEER 1 in November 2005 with the task of creating and leading the human resources area at PEER 1. With more than 15 years of human resources experience in the IT industry, Tricia has led with her philosophy of total employee engagement and personal leadership. Prior to PEER 1, Tricia led human resource departments at Pathfinder Learning Systems and Information Balance Inc in Toronto, and Davis & Co LLP in Vancouver. Tricia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the University of Toronto and holds the national Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Tricia is an active member of the BC Human Resources Management Association and the BC Human Resources Tech Group.

Jad Jebara, VP, Finance and IT

Jad Jebara serves as the PEER 1 vice president of finance and information technology, where he directs the company's financial activities. His responsibilities include overseeing the budget, corporate policy and procedures, strategy implementation, financial planning, reporting, and systems implementation. Jad joined PEER 1 as director of finance in February of 2007, and has played a key role in corporate financing re-alignment and led the financial and operational systems upgrade and implementation. Prior to joining PEER 1, Jad led a private consulting practice for clients including Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. He also served as corporate controller with IDS Software System, Inc., and as a senior business consultant and auditor with Arthur Andersen. Jad, a Fulbright Scholar, holds a Master's in professional accounting with information management as concentration from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree in major accounting from Birzeit University. He is also a registered certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of California, and a certified management accountant (CMA).

Ryan Murphey, VP, Data Center Operations

With more than 13 years of experience in data center management and customer service management within the hosting and network industry, Ryan Murphey currently directs the design, budget and capacity planning for PEER 1's 15 data centers across the United States and Canada. Prior to his current positionwith PEER 1, Ryan was the director of operations for ServerBeach. His responsibilities included the design and supervision of the build out of multiple data centers across the US, management of the data center operations teams and management of product engineering within ServerBeach. For seven years prior to joining PEER 1, Ryan owned a private technology consulting firm specializing in the design, installation and support of local and wide area networks, managing associated connectivity, security aspects and disaster recovery.

Rajan Sodhi, VP, Marketing and Communications

Rajan Sodhi joined PEER 1 in November 2004 and assumes responsibility for corporate marketing and communications for PEER 1 and Dedicated Hosting division, ServerBeach. Rajan has over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, branding, online marketing, social media, and media relations. His online campaigns have earned awards including the W3, Internet Advertising Competition (IAC), Communicator, and Telly. Prior to PEER 1, Rajan spent seven years at Canada's largest exhibit marketing firm, The Portables, as the head of marketing and client marketing services. Rajan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with small business and entrepreneurship as concentration from the University of Victoria. He has served on the board of directors for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the Lois Fish Palliative Society, on media relations for the Canadian Red Cross, and on the marketing committee for Junior Achievement of British Columbia.
